Canon Harriss leads yogis through stretches and postures meant to facilitate prayer and meditation. We’ll start with a gentle chair yoga class which is suitable for beginners and older people as well as experienced yogis! No prior experience necessary.
After 45 minutes of yoga from the chair, we’ll take it to the mat for a more vigorous practice. This optional extension will be from 2:45 to 3:30pm. For this extension, you will need a mat.
